Donghua Machinery Ltd. cooperated with South China University of Technology (SCUT) in the research & development of electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing injection moulding machine, applied with electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing injection patent technology which was invented by Professor QU JinPing of SCUT.

Electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing injection moulding machine adopts the brand new plasticizing, injection mechanism and structure, with high efficiency of energy convertible mode, outstanding performance, stable operation, low energy consumption, low noise, low plasticizing temperature, good plasticizing mixing effect, realizing low pressure injection, which is great big breakthrough for the injection moulding technology. This machine has been awarded the Patent of Invention from China, America, Russia, Europe, etc. The electrical part adopts computer control and energy saving driven technique, the hydraulic system applies the static pressure technique for the first time, 50% energy saving comparing with traditional injection moulding machine, with high adaptability to the raw materials.

Injection Unit

Clamping Unit

Finite analysis insures the rigidity of mould platen and machine parts, which can increase the service life of the machine and product quality. Maximum toggle improvement and fastest mould closing and opening speed through computer aided design. Enlarge mould opening stroke by high rigidity five-stage direct clamping double mould closed toggle. Digital three-stage mould closing and opening speed controller. Digital low pressure mould protection system. Mould thickness setting system on the control screen, digital speed control and hydraulic ejector pin of pressure setting. Machine safety rob and electrical interlock safety device.

Hydraulic Unit

Exclusive use of super static pressure system, operating at noise-free and energy saving. This simplifies and integrates the hydraulic system, hydraulic parts from Europe and America, with reliable performance and easy-maintenance. Oil temperature meter, oil pressure gauge and electromagnetic filter.

Control Unit

With the backlighting high resolution and clear LCD which can show 13 rows and 17 columns of Chinese words, keyboard control data entry, easy and simple to operate. Full-automatic control the injection moulding process with the professional smart control system, achieves 0.05mm precision with the adoption of energy saving technique and fully controlled by position transducer. 120 sets of mould data storage, and high reliability imported electrical components.
