F1V Series Injection Moulding Machine is the latest product jointly developed by the engineers from Hong Kong and China Mainland. It is based on the 20 years of successful experience of Donghua Machinery Ltd. in the design and manufacture of plastic injection moulding machines in Hong Kong and China Mainland as well as the essence of structure design of European and American plastic injection moulding machines in recent years.

• It uses high-tech means to optimize the overall structure and make it simplified.
  
• As for the mould clamping mechanism, the motion parameters are optimized by using particular software for five-point toggle clamping mechanism, so that the motion of moveable mould board is smoother.
  
• Finite element analysis shows that the three platens have such advantages as outsize spaces between four columns and high rigidity, etc.
  
• Finite element analysis are also performed for the front and rear plates of injection platform, and the analysis result shows that both plates are featured with compact structure, simpleness and high rigidity, etc.
  
• Special melt screws can be equipped for different plastic materials.
  
• The complete machine features compact structure and smart outline. It occupies smaller area but has a greater capacity compared with equivalent models, which brings more flexibility of operation.
